The following terms summarise the general framework of Hanımeli Organizasyon contracts; binding provisions appear in the signed contract.
Payment plan
- 25% of the total is taken as a deposit at signing and the date is reserved with it.
- 35% is paid 60 days before the event and the remaining 40% 15 days before.
- The final guest count is confirmed 10 days before the event; increases are charged at the per-guest menu price.
Date changes and cancellation
- A date change is free if notified at least 90 days before the event and the new date is available.
- For cancellations between 90 and 45 days the full deposit is retained; after 45 days 60% of the amount paid is retained.
- In cases of force majeure (official bans, natural disasters) the date is postponed free of charge.

Insurance and liability
All our events are covered by third-party liability insurance. If a supplier fails, an alternative supplier is brought in; if that is not possible, the fee for that service is refunded. For guests' personal belongings and damage to the venue, the provisions of the venue contract apply.
