Saturdays between May and October fill up 8–10 months ahead. For winter and weekday dates, three to four months may be enough. At the consultation we show available dates immediately.

No. Packages cover menu, décor, music and coordination; venue rent is quoted separately per venue. Starting rents are shown on the venues page.

At signing 25% of the total is taken as a deposit; the remainder is paid 35% 60 days before and 40% 15 days before. Bank transfer, credit card and instalment options are available.

Yes. If you have chosen your own venue you can buy menu, décor and day-of coordination separately; we check the venue's sound and catering rules with you.

No. No menu is confirmed without a tasting. The tasting fee is 1,500 TRY; it is deducted from the total if you sign, otherwise it is not refunded but the menu proposals remain yours.

The final number is confirmed 10 days before. Increases are charged at the per-guest menu price; decreases are credited down to the minimum number in the contract. Décor and music fees stay fixed.

Most of our events are alcohol-free. If alcohol service is requested it is provided only at licensed venues with a separately quoted bar package; we also arrange fully alcohol-free events at the family's request.

For open-air venues a conservatory, marquee or indoor hall plan is set in the contract in advance. The weather decision is made 48 hours before and no extra charge applies other than for a marquee where required.

Yes. We organise events in Bursa, Kocaeli, Sakarya, Tekirdağ and Izmir; our Alsancak office manages dates in Izmir and surroundings. Out-of-town transport and lodging costs are reflected in quotes.
